desperate for help...willing to pay. database issue Long story short, I ran a prune on our test database, only to find out that I hadn't switched our test install over to our test database...so I ended up running a prune on our main database. Only making things worse, now is the time I find out that our backup scheme hasn't been backing up the database. Great. Here's what I do have: I made a backup of the database with mysqldump to import to the temp database, and the import was successful...but I'm getting database errors when I attept to use that database, so I'm concerned that that particular database backup missed something. I also have a full database backup that we used when we moved the database to a new domain about a year ago. The data that was pruned was only that stuff that was more than 2+ years ago, so I'm pretty sure we have all of the data...it's only a matter of getting it all back into our production database. Can anyone please lend a helping hand? I can't tell you how much I would appreciate it. I am willing to pay for help. |
