supermod or administrator permission question
 

I have a new super moderator that I have recently added that I am wanting to have the ability to change usergroups....but I do not want them to be able to moderate users. Is there a way I can do this with him being a super moderator? If I have to I can bump him to an administrator with restricted permissions BUT I want to deny them from being able to moderate the new registering users. Basically I am wanting to give them access to change the usergroup from registered user to a custom usergroup when needed. Any help is greatly appreciated!
