Quick Question about renaming the Admin/Modcp Directories and Upgrades
 

Before I have to confront the situation, after one has renamed the admincp and the modcp to other names how does upgrading work?

1. Upload the Admincp stuff to the newly named somethingotherthanAdmincp and the Modcp stuff to the somethingotherthanModcp and then upload everything else as normal and run the upgrade script?

or;

2. Change the names of the two directories back, edit the config file, upload as normal, run the upgrade script, then change everything back?

Will either work or is choice number two the only way to go? :confused:
