I have few questions before buying the vBulletin system (Im hebrew, my English is bad...):

1- Can I upload my SQL from another forum i had before? if yes, how? Becouse, i had a hacked system and i closed it for buy a register one.. So i want to add all my SQL...

2- How much time it takes until my vBulletin code will send to my Email?

3- Can I order the system by israeli VISA or only with paypal and global internet banks?

4- How can I to be licensed after I buy the vB?
