Updating from php2 to php3
 

I have been trying to update from version 2 to version 3.

I have followed the instructions for New installation as advised. Everthing seems to complete succesfully untill I start the install. At which point I get the following error.
Not Found
The requested URL /bulletin/php3/install_install/php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

No matter what path I use and I have tried a variation I get the same report.

I have recently changed the site from a Front Page version to Dreamweaver still using the same host and all seems well apart from this.
