generate mailing list
 

I'm going absolutely crazy here....I cannot get my bloody vbulletin to generate a mailing list.

I am using (vBulletin 3.6.8 Patch Level 2).

When I go to "search for users" in the Users section of my control panel and use the criteria number of posts greater than or equal to = 1, I get a list of 155 members.

These are the members I want to generate a mailing list from

But when I go to "generate mailing list", use the exact same search criteria and press submit I get a blank white page with a link at the top:
