User Registration Webmaster Email After Email Validation?
 

Right now, outside of logging in to the admincp, the administrator gets no notification of a user awaiting approval (when new user moderation is turned on). An email can be generated when the user signs up, but the admin can't yet approve him until the user validates his email.
