Email being sent with a blank "from" field
 

Anytime my forums send out an email to a new user, or to an administrator reference a new user, the "From" line is always blank. I've looked and looked but can't seem to find where I might have missed a setting for this. I've got the correct names and emails filled in and still getting this issue.
