Messages Disappearing
 

When I receive visitor messages from users on my forum, they seem to disappear. At first, I will see that there are "notifications" under my username in the top right corner. After I read them, the "notifications" link disappears and it says "private messages". However, I am unable to get back to the messages because the "notifications" menu is gone. Other people are having problems with messaging as well. Please advise.
