Please upload the files that came with the vBulletin Blog before installing or upgrad
 

Hello,
I am trying to install the blog. I have uploaded all the files to their respective directories and I keep getting the message "Please upload the files that came with the vBulletin Blog before installing or upgrading!" I am certain I have uploaded them to the correct places. I even simply copied all of the files in the /upload folder into my base /forum directory to see if there were any hidden files I was unable to see that need to be copied.

I have uploaded them several times. Anyone have any ideas? There is no read me file in the unpacked zip folder.
