Can I set the width of my header?
 

I've added a header to http://dealseekingmom.com/forums and would like for the header to always be the same width as the forums so that it looks seamless. However, sometimes the header is wider than the forum, and sometimes it's thinner. Is there anyway I can make it adjust automatically so that the white background makes up the difference?
