To calculate the local time add 2 hours to get the time in Syria, Jordan, Israel, and Egypt, add 3 for Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Yemen, add 4 to get time in Oman and the United Arab Emirates, and 4-1/2 to get time in Iran.
