EMERGENCY: My Server got hacked and need some advice asap
 

I was hacked pretty bad last week. to the point where I shut down my server due to outbound traffic bursts.

Now I am moving servers all together, and need to know what I should consider about my vBulletin code, and data.

Do I need to wipe and get a clean install?

What do I do about my data? I can't loose it, it is not replaceable.
