Can vB create RSS for new threads And replies in a forum?
 

Hi,

I'm new to vB, but we just purchased a license in order to try to move our email blast-style communication to a forums/boards-based approach.

However - people are used to the instant gratification of emails -- and I wonder how we can recreate this real-time communication experience with vB.

Is there a way to configure email notifications and/or RSS feed updates for every posted thread AND reply in vB? One a user-by-user basis, based on their preferences?

For example, (and ideally) we'd love to allow any member to subscribe to a forum and opt to get updates via email and/or a RSS feed of that forum whenever someone creates or replies to any thread.

Can the RSS or emails include a large % or even all of the posted thread/reply?
