Many people living outside Bahrain and perhaps many of them who are not Bahraini’s tend to ask a very common question; what can we do to help the Bahraini’s?
It’s easy to feel helpless in this situation, and it’s easy to feel let down at any moment, but it is essential to have faith and keep going.
Campaigning could be done through these points:


1. The power of email: Send campaigning emails of appeal regarding individual cases (i.e. detainees and political prisoners) to all the Bahrain embassies and consulates. [NOTE: You may well like to take part in our weekly campaigning, every week we will be campaigning for 1 or 2 detained individuals who are at risk]


2. Awareness: Send awareness emails and letters to some human rights organisations, even the smallest ones. Maybe including certain cases and examples will be of some use.


3. Protesting: this could be done outside the Bahrain or Saudi embassies, setting up a protest is not difficult, especially in western countries. If made on a regular basis will of course be an advantage.
