Lost my footer after upgrade
 

I have a little problem I am hoping someone can help me with. I am sure it is something simple and I have tried searching and sorting it out myself with no luck.

I downloaded and did the upgrade from 3.8.1 to 3.8.2 on my test board. I did my template edits that were needed and everything went fine except....the footer seems to have disappeared or went wacky on me.

So, I am trying to figure out the problem before doing it on my live board and so here I am. I have also upgraded my style and everything is fine except the footer. I am curious if it's something that has to do with it being my test board but don't know.

I have attached images of the before and after upgrade to show what I am talking about. I appreciate all help in getting this sorted.
