okay so a supermoderator from my site got paid from the admin at realrapgame.com to delete every single one of my posts from my forum at www.undergroundscriptz.com

is there ANY way i can get these back? i have a plug in on my forum that backs up the files daily but i have no idea how to get ahold of these backup files or where to upload them so i can get my posts back..please help me ..my members will leave if all the posts are gone.
