Database Error in Registration
 

Hello,
My members are getting Database Errors while registering in my forum.
It was working fine, but getting this error since I upgraded to 3.8.2.

Code:

The member gets registered though, but the last step of the registration is not showing and instead, that error page is popping up.
Please Help..
