Unable to alter one user
 

We have 2 admin on our forum.
Since one admin left, i was changing his usergroup form admin to other.
but it's showing following message.

Sorry, this user is protected from being altered in the config.php file by the $config['SpecialUsers']['undeletableusers'] variable.

Then i've edited /home/my database/public_html/includes/config.php

then also it's showing same message and i'm not able to change usergroup or password etc. of that user.

please guide me wht to do?
