I have a problem, Im trying to post a html code on a thread and then i checked at the bar code and i see html code if off. I want on the admincp and i see everything on. But its still showing as off on the bottom of the site.

What can i do? Is there a diff place that i can enable this? Or maybe im checking in the wrong place.
