Can access the vBulletin.org site...
 

Ok, my IT Partner and I have tried everything to access the "Rotating Banner" code listed at the vBulletin.org site and it keeps telling us we do not have the "License Verification" code.

We have all of the proper emails listed on the license and everything else looks in place. What are we missing?
