Abu Dhabi’s ADX General Index and Kuwait’s Stock Exchange Price Index were little changed. Markets in Egypt, Oman and Bahrain were closed for an Islamic holiday. In Israel, the TA-25 Index rose 0.7 percent at 2:50 p.m. in Tel Aviv.
