Does anyone have a really good FAQ on how to use VB for brand new members?

I run forums on topics like gardening, and some of my members are older people who aren't tech nerds. They're really struggling with concepts like how to upload photos.

Yes, I know, the software has a built in FAQ. It's written by people who know this software, and computers in general, like the back of their hands.

I'm looking for a FAQ you can hand your grandmother, with step by step instructions and screenshots, telling her how to upload that photo she just took of her petunias? Keep in mind she's never seen Vbulletin before. She knows all about threads though, and how to put them on the Bobbin of her Singer Sewing Machine! Now tell me just how far you think she'll get with the FAQ we have now...

Anyone got a really good one? Anyone want to write one? I'd pay a moderate fee for a good one...
