I find that generally, most versions of vbulletin have chosen to install Vbadvanced CMPS. Would it be a decent idea to include it in the vbulletin installation, but under cmps_index.php rather than index.php, so its optional for people to use? I saw myBB had a poorly made portal (/portal.php) and i thought Vbulletin could include it.
