Need to turn off email notifications asap without accessing admincp?
 

My host is telling me I need to stop sending so many emails so I need to turn off email notifications. The problem is I don't have access to my site right now and only to the ftp as this is the only thing they will grant me access to until the issue is resolved.

Does anyone know how to disable email notifications through any of the config files via ftp?
