Question about rotating banners?
 

Hello- I am still a newbie and running a very basic vBull. site- www.californiafirefighter.com.

My question is- We want to rotate the banner at the top. My IT guy says he can do it when a user logs in and will see a different banner everytime. Is there code or some program he needs from vB to do this?

Any insight would be helpful.
