Of course, the U.S. can always count on the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) -- Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates -- which I prefer to call the Gulf Counterrevolution Club (just look at their performances during the Arab Spring).
