Border Offset. Need help
 

What would be causing my page (.page css) to be just a tad off?

In my .page css all I have in th extra attributes is this:

border-left: 1px solid #676767;
border-bottom: 1px solid #676767;
border-right: 1px solid #676767;
border-top-width: 0px;
border-bottom-width: 0px;
Then in my header I have border-left, top and right. Any ideas? I tried playing the spacer size, etc
