After a short standoff between peaceful pro-democracy protesters and police a flash grenade is thrown in the middle of the crowd even though there was no provocation of any sort from the protesters, this was followed later on by teargas and chasing of protesters through Manama's alleyways where youth used dumpsters to try and block streets to hinder roit police movement.
