Attachment Issue
 

Earlier today some of the photo attachments in our threads stopped showing up. I say SOME because the problem seems very inconsistent. Photos show in some posts, but not others.

On the front end, only an image placeholder (?) appears. When I click to edit one of the messages, I see tags like this one:
