While the GCC is a full member of FATF, the individual member countries -- Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE are not. Besides, from the GCC countries, only Bahrain and Dubai Financial Services Authority are members of the IOSCO.
