Help making Sections. (Prefixes?)
 

Hello- I am running a board and all of the forums run straight down. I would like to know how to make sections or prefixes. I am getting close to it on my own, but having trouble building them.

I am a newbie and not an IT warrior, so please go easy on my. Here is my site to give you an idea- www.californiafirefighter.com I need to section off that long list.
