Display Sub Forums of Sub Forum?
 

Please see the attached Screen Cap.

I'd like to display Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest and West as a sub forum of North America.

I have placed them as child forums of United States.

I played around with the Forums Listing Display Options but could not find a setting that created the sub forum of a sub forum.
