Ok,

So I tried purchasing Vbulletin and it says my gift card (Which has $155) cannot be procesed right now.

Why? It already charged me an extra $3 to sign up for paypal

It says "The amount of this transaction exceeds your remaining sending limit and cannot be processed at this time"
