how to stop new thread/post notifications?
 

I'm trying to prevent email notification to a user (me) when new posts are made in my forums. The notifications I get have the subject line;

"New Post/Thread Notification: [Forum name]"

I have looked in UserCP, Forum Manager>Moderator options - what other settings exist that could be causing this notification email to be generated?
