Alcatel-Lucent says that it is doing something - unspecified - to improve the 3G network of Taiwan's Asia Pacific Telecom CDMA network. Greece based Wind is offering a double subsidy on handsets or 20% discount on phone bills to customers who migrate their existing phone number to the network.
