Upload Error with Manage Attachments
 

I am getting an upload upload of file failed error when trying to upload attachments in a thread (Manage Attachments), I recently upgraded from 3.7 to 3.8.1 and I believe this may have caused the problem. The file is within the upload parameters and I am not having a connectivity issue. I have checked the user permissions as well.
