Show edited by note on edited messages
 

I have always had this option set to "No" for Administrators:

Show edited by note on edited messages?

For some reason, it's showing the edited by note every time I edit a message. Seems to have happened since I upgraded to 3.8.2.

Anyone else experiencing this?
