Problem Uploading Images
 

Whenever I try to upload an image in PhPWebsite i get the following error message.

Upload directory does not exist or is not writable:
/home/moorelan/public_html/testphp/images/announce/

It acts like it is wanting to go to the wrong directory. The /home/moorelan/ isn't correct? Any way to make correct this problem. It should be uploading to /public_html/testphp/images/XXXX
