Few Questions About The Reputation
 

1. Is there a way I can wipe everyones reputation power & comments clean in one swipe? Instead of having to manually go through and delete one by one.

2. Is there a way I can cut off when a person can give someone rep. points? If this is badly worded, I apologize. I mean, I am looking for a way to have it so someone who has like 1500 reputation points, can't give someone with 0 reputation points. There's an "X" factor pretty much.
