Manama, Dec. 16 (BNA)—His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa hailed today the report of Bahrain Independent Commission of Inquiry (BICI) stressing that it has generated popular satisfaction at revealing the truth and pledging the implementation of its recommendations.
