Trojan.Giframe - Removing Avatar URL
 

Some user uploaded an avatar that Norton is flagging as containing the "Trojan.Giframe" virus.

I have removed the url via the user's CP, but the link to the avatar is still working it just shows a blank page.

How can I completely remove/de-activate this link?
