Lightbox problem
 

After my upgrade from 3.7, Lightbox doesn't work. I've looked at the other threads with this problem and tried the solutions but it has not worked. I'm guessing now that I must have missed a file (or files) or need to to upload them again. Can anyone tell me which file(s) make this work?
