Expand Smile Window?
 

I've added additional Smiles and The Smile Window will only allow 15 and then "more" is clickable to see the others.

How can I expand the displayable amount of smiles?

For example, in this thread that we are in right now....I see 11 smiles, but this window can easily support 9 more smiles without adding a "more" area.
