Notice Manager
 

On my forum I have daily notices (365), which I'd like to run automatically year after year. But I have to change each and every daily notices' date (dd-mm-yyyy).

Is there a way to change this yyyy to something that is non specific and the notices are displayed on the basis of the day and month only?
