Banned Users ('Banned' Group) - "Home Page" and "Visitor Messages"

A little example first.

We have group "Registered Users" with "Can Use Signatures" - "Yes"
Take some user from group "Registered Users" with signature
Go to his profile and click tab "About Me"
You will see his signature there
Now move him to group "Banned Users" which has "Can Use Signatures" - "No"
Go to his profile and click tab "About Me"
You will see that there no more signature there

Another example.

Take some user from group "Registered Users" with "Home Page" in his profile
Go to his profile and click tab "Contact Info"
You will see his "Home Page" there
Now move him to group "Banned Users"
Go to his profile and click tab "Contact Info"
You will still see his "Home Page" there

There same will be for "Instant Messaging" fields and for "Visitor Messages" and so on in his profile.

In other words there are some fields we can hide from users profile when we want.

Also there is such option for Group's Permissions as "Viewable on the Memberlist".
If me ban the user we can hide him from "Memberlist".

We can also softly delete his posts (threads) from our forums.
But we can't softly-delete his "Visitor Messages".
And we can't hide his "Instant Messaging" fields and "Home Page".

What I offer is to add one more option to "Usergroup Manager"
like "Viewable Profile" -> (Sets whether or not to member's profile of this group can be accessed by normal users except Administrators).

This will not allow normal users to access such profiles by entering user id in browser's URL and see what we don't want them to see.
