Transparency to a Percentage
 

I saw the answer to a straight 100% transparency posted earlier in CaughtUp's thread Transparency In Forum & Automatic Header Adjustment, but I was wondering if it was possible to make the background in the table cells for the category and forum title transparent to a percentage. Say, 25% transparent so the image used as a background image can show through only partially.

I'd probably want to use different percentages for each area.
