How do I take the skin selection out . . .
 

I added a new skin to my Forum and I noticed that many times when I or a users goes to the site the default skin is running. I can't delete the default, so what can I do to lock it to my new skin. I would even like to remove the Quick Style selector from the screen, is that possible?
