I cannot start a thread
 

I registered yesterday and am trying to start a new thread in "vBulletin 3.7 Questions, Problems and Troubleshooting" and am getting a message that "...you do not have permission to access this page..."

The two possible reasons given are 1) Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. 2) the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Can someone look into this for me?
