Where are templates stored?
 

I added an ad rotator to my theme and just backed up my database and files and updated to 3.8.2 and my theme got reverted back to normal and all my css changes are all changed and my banner ad rotator has gone so i want it back.

I've got the sql file and all of my files but i can't seem to find it, it was the header template and then my css changes.

Help.
